Get to know the passionate minds behind Cleveland’s ultimate gaming hub—dedicated to inspiring gamers to connect, compete, and grow.
With extensive experience in esports management and a passion for technology, Mike envisioned Ethlete Lab Academy as a hub where gamers connect, compete, and explore career opportunities. As Head Coach of the Golden State Warriors Affiliate, he led the team to victory in the 2023 NBA 2KL Championship, making history as the first Black coach to win a 5v5 Championship (also becoming the only organization to win NBA, G-League, and NBA 2KL titles). Mike’s commitment to teamwork, strategy, and critical thinking fuels ELA’s innovative programs.
